Services are provided under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10.06.2023.

2. Services

We provide concierge and sourcing services as described on our website. All descriptions are accurate, but we may update them. Information about goods and services is available in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' of 25.04.2019. The Ukrainian version of these terms prevails.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Limitations and Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Claims about inspections, sourcing, and prices are substantiated per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 03.07.1996. We do not mislead or use unfair advertising.

5. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Send complaints to contact@pixelorradesign.com. We respond within 10 business days. For pre-trial and judicial resolution, consumers may contact the competent state authority: State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This is in line with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10.06.2023.

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 20.10.2022. Non-essential cookies require prior consent.
