01 / Sourcing mandate

Buyer-side sourcing for luxury cars in Ukraine.

One written brief, a side-by-side specification matrix, a logged seller response trail, and an independent inspection before any money moves.

We are a concierge and sourcing service. We do not sell vehicles and we are not a licensed dealership.

Mandate terms

Four terms that hold for every sourcing mandate

The brief, the comparison matrix, the seller response log and the inspection report are the deliverables. These four terms set the boundary for producing them.

Fees are quoted in writing before any work starts. The client file keeps every candidate, including those that failed inspection, with the reason recorded.

02 / Scope and boundaries

A sourcing mandate, not a dealership.

A mandate is a written working agreement. We locate domestic luxury vehicles, compare specifications, coordinate with sellers and commission an independent technical inspection on your behalf. We do not sell vehicles and we are not a licensed dealership.

Inside a mandate

  • Sourcing across verified Ukrainian listings and private seller networks.
  • A written brief with target specification, budget range and city.
  • A side-by-side comparison matrix with mileage and equipment deltas.
  • Seller coordination: contact log, responses, and negotiating position.
  • Third-party inspection, ordered by us but paid flat and independent of outcome.
  • The inspection report is yours to keep, along with reasons for any rejected candidate.

Outside a mandate

  • We do not own, hold or resell any vehicle on this site.
  • We do not price the car. The seller sets the asking price.
  • We do not perform the inspection ourselves.
  • We do not advise on financing, insurance or customs valuation.
  • We do not take the title or register the vehicle in your name.
  • We do not guarantee an outcome, only a documented process and recorded reasons.

Fees are quoted in writing before work starts, and a candidate that fails a check stays in your file with the reason recorded. Read coverage and fees, or send a sourcing brief.

04 / Verification ledger

Four checks, logged with dates and inspector initials.

Each candidate car moves through the same four steps. Rows stay in your file when a car fails, with the reason recorded beside it.

  1. 01

    Brief locked

Trim, year range, mileage ceiling and non-negotiables written down before any seller is contacted.

    Passed Initials A.M.
  2. 02

    Seller contact log

Every reply, asking price and service history claim recorded, including the sellers who never answer.

    Passed Initials L.K.
  3. 03

    Independent inspection

Third-party inspector on a ramp: underbody, paint depth, diagnostics, and a flat fee that does not move with the result.

    Booked Inspector O.K.
  4. 04

    Registry and history check

Ownership chain, lien status and odometer consistency compared against the seller's own paperwork.

    Attention Initials R.S.

04 / Spec comparison matrix

Three candidates, one written brief, the same checklist.

Each column is a vehicle sourced against the same specification brief. The tags record what the inspection file and the seller documents actually show. A candidate that fails a check stays in the client file with the reason recorded.

04 / Inspection evidence

Redacted excerpts, stamped by an inspector we do not employ

Every shortlisted car goes to a third-party inspector paid a flat fee whatever the result. The report belongs to you. Failed checks stay in the client file with the reason recorded, so open an excerpt and read how one is written.

07 / Closing

Start with a written brief, not a shortlist

Name the make, model, year, budget range and the city where the car must be inspected. You then receive a specification comparison, a logged trail of seller responses, and a third-party inspection report before any money changes hands.

pixelorradesign.com is a buyer-side concierge and sourcing service. We do not sell vehicles directly and we are not a licensed dealership. Inspectors are independent contractors paid a flat fee regardless of the outcome, and fees are quoted in writing before work begins.
