Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10.06.2023, we identify ourselves and provide accessible legal pages and a complaint procedure. Information about goods and services is available in Ukrainian per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' of 25.04.2019. The Ukrainian version prevails. We obtain prior consent for non-essential cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 20.10.2022.
Advertising and claims
Advertising and claims about inspections, sourcing, and prices are substantiated in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 03.07.1996. We do not make misleading or unfair claims.
