What happens next

A written reply within two business days, then a short intake call. Nothing is ordered, reserved or paid before you approve a written scope and fee.

    Twenty to thirty minutes on the phone or by video: trim level, mileage ceiling, service history expectations, delivery city and timing. You can adjust the brief afterwards.

    Scope and fee confirmed in writing

    The fee is quoted before any work begins, and the client owns every document produced during the mandate, including candidates that fail.

    First candidate comparison

    You receive a comparison of up to three domestic vehicles with specification deltas, seller response notes and inspection status. Failed checks stay in the file with the reason recorded.
